Bring new products to market

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will drive projects from our own portfolio of homegrown IPs as well as external franchises and with digital integration in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with a project typically consisting of 20-40 on-site and off-site participants. You will be based at our HQ in Billund and travel up to 10 days per year. By maintaining a true holistic perspective, you establish the compromises needed to bridge innovation with value chain optimisation and moreover;

- Drive the strategic development of your business in close collaboration with your Core Team, consisting of the Design Manager and Marketing Manager, to deliver on agreed key objectives, focusing on supply chain integration.

- Secure that the product experience we bring to market balances consumers’ and customers’ wishes in terms of quality, price value, profitability and value chain optimization.

- Be a light house for the project team by driving and motivating team members’ through an interest in each person’s motivation drivers.

Senior Project Manager with outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills

You will further develop your project management skills as you will be leading projects across time zones, cultures and competences without being the subject matter specialist. Moreover, we are a company in constant change, so your creativity and change management skills will come into play. To facilitate this, you:

- Have the personality to lead and motivate a project team, exhibit a high energy level and know when to put others on stage and when to step into the limelight yourself

- Are comfortable handling complexity and excel in trade-offs, establish Risk Management assessment and secure mitigation activities through project life time, yet you know when and how to set clear direction

- Have full value chain perspective and digital experience through practical product development gained from 3+ years of experience in working as Project Manager

- Hold a Master level degree in e.g. a commercial, engineering or logistics field combined with the ability to speak and write English effortlessly
