Then you may be our new Senior Project Manager in the Prefilled department in Devices Manufacturing Development (DMD). About the department The job base is located in Hillerød in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) but lines are implemented around the world so traveling for shorter or longer periods are to be expected. One of our challenges is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse capacity expansion projects in due time support Novo Nordisk® growing market. You will join a dynamic department consisting of 40 dedicated and ambitious employees with various backgrounds striving for excellence within pharmaceutical finish production. The job You will be personally responsible for driving projects from initially ordering equipment to installing it and have it up and running in a validated state - It could be an assembly line or a packaging line. In the project you will be responsible for securing and driving effective use of time and resources. In particular, you will provide clear goals and purpose for the project and the project team members and inspire and motivate your team to deliver excellent results. You will identify and plan the various project activities in relation to bringing the line into production e.g. Plans, Change Request cases, approvals, tests etc. When starting on a new production equipment you will analyse the right set-up for the production, and describe the tasks. You will be responsible for writing specifications for the line, and have close communication with the machine builder. In close cooperation with the production site and QA you will be responsible for securing that the needed protocols and documents are ready to perform validation of the line. After ordering you will be responsible for coordination with the machine builder and secure that everything are in place for a smooth installation on the production site. After installation you will be heavily involved in ramping up the line to meet targets. You should expect longer periods at local site when installing production equipment. Qualifications You have an MSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar, supplemented with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager within finished pharmaceutical products or similar fields such as knowledge management and/or quality and process support. Ideally, you have insight into device manufacturing, experience with installation of automated lines in a GMP-regulated environment. On a personal level, you are a self-starter who thrives with driving tasks independently to the finish line. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several processes while prioritising your efforts optimally. You have a global mind-set and enjoy building relations across organisational levels and geography. Impeccable communication skills are a must as well as well as the ability to deliver high quality presentation material. Lastly, you must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
