About the department You will be part of a young, dynamic department consisting of 15 dedicated employees with backgrounds from top-tier consultancies or with previous Novo Nordisk experience. The projects give exposure to senior management and the department is recognised as one of the key talent factories in Novo Nordisk, with several examples of alumni moving on to senior positions across the organisation. The job You will be responsible for driving one or more projects including the daily management of the project team(s) consisting of 2-5 members. As a Senior Project Manager you will act as partner on other projects providing guidance and ensuring direction and quality. Projects include strategy, organisational development, and process optimisation. You will be exposed to different organisational areas throughout Novo Nordisk in Denmark and globally. As Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the FLIR Consulting leadership team responsible for the development of the department, including recruiting, coaching, staffing, project prioritisation and department strategy. Through this you will build a strong global network and further develop your leadership skills. We expect you to take an active role in the continuous development of the department. Qualifications The person we are looking for has completed a relevant Master's Degree (economics, business administration, engineering or the like) with excellent results. Ideally you have 4-6 years of experience with project management, preferably from a well-reputed management consultancy. You are motivated by driving change and improvements involving stakeholders at all organisational levels. You are able to simultaneously lead complex projects, while ensuring the professional development of the department and providing sparring to other projects. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. Furthermore, you are analytical, structured, ambitious, and like to be challenged.
