About the department Global People Systems is a team of 8 highly engaged colleagues responsible for driving implementation of global HR IT projects and for further developing and rolling out global HR IT systems in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. The position Novo Nordisk is moving towards a common global HR IT platform. It will be your job, together with your colleagues from the global HR and IT organisations, to make sure we successfully complete the projects you will lead. You can expect to act as project manager for IT projects within e.g. core HR admin processes, compensation management, performance management or other HR processes. Your typical role will be as Line of Business project manager, but you may also take other roles depending on project size and your capabilities. Besides project activities you will be responsible for some HR IT operations related tasks. We believe that a solid understanding of the operational side is an important asset when conducting projects. The job is located in Bagsværd, Copenhagen area. Some travel abroad must be expected. Qualifications You have an academic degree within IT, Engineering, Business Administration or similar with excellent results. We expect that you can document at least 8 years of relevant experience with project management or other business oriented roles in global IT projects. You possess a strong HR business understanding and have excellent stakeholder management skills as well as natural talent for continuously improving and optimising processes. You are able to work very structured and independently. You have strong analytical skills, personal drive and ability to deliver quality work on parallel activities and still reach deadlines. On our global projects we are very dependent on close cooperation and teamwork, so candidates must be open-minded, positive and flexible in their approach to work. You need to be able to bridge between the technically skilled people in the IT organisation, and the more process oriented people in the global HR organisation. Therefore excellent communication skills and mastering virtual cooperation is a must. It is a significant advantage if you have experience from working with success factors.
