Senior project manager for large product development projects Is it time to take your project management skills to new heights? Then now you have the chance of getting a very central role in the organisation where you will be project manager of our future innovative products and platforms. You will take part in developing a product platform which is going to generate the majority of DEIF's turnover. The largest project in the history of the company As a senior project manager of our product development projects you will be responsible for our largest projects, for which we develop both hardware, embedded software and PC software. Your overriding focus will be on the largest project in the history of the company, for which we are about to finalise the platform that we are going to develop further and use as a basis for our products during the next 10-15 years. In this connection, you will be managing concurrent projects. You have a wide management style We are working according to the Stage Gate model, and several departments, including the research and development department, production, sales and service, are involved in the projects which is why we call it Integrated Product Development. Accordingly, your management style is wide, and you have drivers who can drive the individual project areas. You have the helicopter perspective, so you ensure that everybody delivers and that your project succeeds both in terms of time, budget and resources. Welcome to the research and development department You will be part of our research and development department with more than 90 colleagues who are mainly engineers and technicians. Skilled communicator and experienced project manager • You are a trained engineer, and you have worked with software development for several years, preferably in a product development environment in a global company. • You are an experienced project manager within large and complex software projects, and you have documentary evidence of experience with leading and coordinating Scrum masters and product owners. • You have experience with leading and motivating project teams through the life cycle of a project, and you know how to handle many internal and external stakeholders and keep them updated on the status and progress. You can do this because you are a skilled communicator who can articulate something complex in a simple way, which may form the basis of good decisions. You know how to manage yourself on various levels in the company, and you know how to listen, take input and share knowledge.
