The Vestas organization is experiencing significant growth and this requires that the organization constantly adapts. We are looking for a dedicated and focused person to be part of the team to project manage the change initiatives. Senior People & Culture/Organizational Efficiency Organizational Efficiency is a new team under People & Culture tasked with program managing major organizational change initiatives in Vestas. Working with the project teams driving the different initiatives and the Corporate Strategy function, the focus is to steer Vestas through the change and realize the strategic goals set out by Vestas Executive Management Responsibilities As Senior Project Manager in organizational efficiency you will be a central part in the planning and coordination of change initiatives across the organization. You will interact with a wide range of business stakeholders, but work especially close with the HR business partners supporting the different areas of the organization, on the planning, monitoring, and execution of the change initiatives. You will work with the Finance and P&C Analytics teams to prepare reporting on the initiatives and their impact to Vestas Executive management. You will be involved in improvement projects running in the global HR organization aimed at optimizing the HR delivery model and maintaining an efficient HR organization in the future Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record within project management of change projects involving a large number of stakeholders.
