As Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master you will lead engineering scrum and manage external dependencies. You oversee timely completion and delivery of all projects and regularly provide updates to the management with regards to the progress. You will be working with Big Data and be the driver for transforming the business strategy into tangible goals for the various projects and be accountable for the successful delivery. The position we offer We offer a unique opportunity to be part of Data engineering development, test and evaluations of Big Data solutions. We are currently in the development phase of Nordea’s next generation of Big Data platform and you will therefore also be involved in the design of Big Data solutions that match the Big Data capabilities we have in order to meet business challenges. You will work with different Product Owners in order to focus on business priorities and to manage the continually changing requirements. You drive sprint planning and daily stand-up’s with the scrum team and track the progress to ensure that the sprint goals are met along the process. As part of driving the sprint, you will conduct a sprint retrospective with the scrum team to secure that the team continuously improve. The qualifications you need We are looking for a colleague who can manage to proactively engage with stakeholders through clear communication, managing their understanding, expectations and involvement. As you will be working with many stakeholders, your communication skills are excellent and you are a natural in navigating in a complex environment within the Big Data area. Furthermore, you have: - 3-5 years of experience in managing agile scrum and delivery of software projects, preferably in an enterprise environment - Experience in project management of data warehouse / BI projects - Solid Knowledge of Agile practices - A Technical Background (experience with either Java, SQL or Data warehouse development).
