ECCO Sko A/S is looking for a Senior Project Manager We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Group Supply Chain department, based in ECCO Group Headquarters in Bredebro, Denmark. As a Senior Project Manager you will hold a central role in supporting the drive, deployment and communication of the strategy for Global Supply Chain. You will be working in a dynamic environment where continuous improvements are initiated for the entire supply chain. You should find it motivating and challenging to participate in internal projects in the Group Supply Chain department as well as cross organizational projects, and you will be the senior member in a small team with a fast moving working day. Job Profile: Reporting to the Vice President Group Supply Chain you will be working with staff and managers at various levels as well as across departments and national borders. Your main objectives will be: Drive assigned strategic initiatives. Provide ideas for strategic and/or continuous improvements to the entire Global Supply Chain area, especially focused on further improving ECCO’s delivery profile to the markets. Support other Project Managers within Global Supply Chain when needed. Follow up on IT related projects. Qualifications and Work Experience: Education within Supply Chain or has a proven track record from a similar function within a larger organization. Educated and experienced project manager. Change management skills. Experience with SAP and other ERP system in complex business environments. Able to work independently with the tasks and take the initiative. Outgoing and a good networker, who is able to communicate at all levels. Able to work structured and strategic with more tasks simultaneously and like to be hands on. Fluent in business English - both in writing and speech. We expect you to have a “can-do spirit” which is reflected by an ever-present persistency in reaching our goals. You are an action-oriented and driven project facilitator, who is motivated by working in a multicultural environment.
