Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong drive? Are you used to manage large, international customer projects? Do you have a technical background, preferably from the wind industry? Then this job is something for you! We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Technology & Projects Department. You will become a team member in a small team of project managers that are working globally with our customer projects. Your responsibilities As our Senior Project Manager your primary task will be managing customer projects, from design, execution to delivery. You will work globally and have approx. 20 travelling days per year (primary USA and China) and will have direct reference to the Head of Projects & Hardware. Your main responsibilities will cover; •Participate in the initial customer meetings concerning new products/services •Participate in the offer and contract phase •Follow up on projects in regards to; deadlines, resources , economy and reporting to management •Management and monitoring the projects risks •Meetings in the projects team and with customers Your profile We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a technical background (e.g. Electrical Power Engineer). You have an international profile and have at least five years of experience in managing large/complex, international customer projects, preferably from the wind industry or the electrical/control area. As a person you are on top of things and you possess excellent coordination and communication skills. You have focus on the commercial aspect of your projects and have a strong drive. Furthermore, you are proactive, structured, a dedicated team player and have a holistic approach to things. In addition to the above mentioned you are fluent in written and spoken English and preferably a certified Project Manager (PRINCE2 or similar). It is an advantage if you have experience with scrum and agile Project Management development.
