Here is an opportunity to take on an exciting challenge where you help develop the next generation of LEGO Products and play experiences. Do you want to apply your business understanding and strong project management skills to get us there? End-to-end innovation You will join the Girls Project Management Team who drives development of new Girls products and play experiences from idea to launch. You will be based in Billund where you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the value chain, and your mission is to drive complex projects forward. More specifically, you tasks will include to: Develop and lead the overall time line for front-end innovation projects - which is the early generation of ideas and new concepts for future product experiences. Staff the project team in cooperation with the line managers, ensuring an ideal utilization of resources. Lead the project team from the very first ideas into conceptualization and operational solutions in close collaboration with the design and marketing manager. Secure time, cost and quality of the project as well as conduct risk management assessments. Inspire the builders of tomorrow In this role, you will be part of a truly creative environment. As project manager, you play a leading role in securing innovation, collaboration and progress as you serve as the ambassador for end-to-end quality and reliability.
