We are looking for a new colleague who is an expert within Software Processes, preferably agile, methods work and is used to work in projects. The position we offer We offer a position as methods specialist within Software Processes. being agile or traditional (iterative or waterfall) software development. You will take part in the agile transformation going on in Nordea. Our Unit has the responsibility for Software Processes in Nordea on both the traditional and agile approach. In the unit we are working on implementing and maintaining project methods in Nordea to ensure compliance through reviews, controls, introduction sessions, e-learning, etc. that you will be part of performing. The qualifications you need We are looking for a person who has an open and creative mind and like new challenges. You see the opportunities in the daily work and have the drive to make changes happen. You have a solid and fundamental knowledge of software processes and you will be developing those and implementing them to colleagues outside our unit. Experience with agile and traditional software process work will be an advantage. You must have strong driver skills, facilitation skills, be analytical, be pragmatic, result-orientation and have good communication skills. We expect that you: •Have broad knowledge about agile methods, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe •Are excellent in inspiring and motivating people by ensuring an open dialogue •Are able to easily get an overview on complex issues and come with good solutions for the receiver •Are living the Nordea Values •Are result driven team player with a positive attitude •Are excellent at stakeholder management and creating networks •Are excellent in English, both in written and in verbal •Have professional presentation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing •Are an experienced user of the Microsoft Office package More information and send application If you have questions regarding the position, please contact Martin Popek Petersen +45 5547 3040.
