- Research & Development - Denmark - Søborg R&D QA in Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Senior QA Professional with drive and good co-operation skills. Would you like to drive quality improvements in collaboration with stakeholders in R&D, with focus on Regulatory Affairs? Do you find motivation in a mix of routine and non-routine tasks for you to organise and influence? Then you might be the Senior QA Professional we are looking for. About the department R&D QA is responsible for driving consistency and compliance of Novo Nordisk Quality Management System (NN QMS) in Research & Development (R&D). The department consists of 20 employees organised in two teams: Team QMS and Team QA. Team QA is split in two groups: the RA group and IT Quality Support group. This position is placed in the RA group. The job As Senior QA Professional you will take an active role as QA for Regulatory Affairs in Headquarters. Our stakeholders’ primary regulatory requirements are GXP and ISO9001/13485. The responsibilities of the group include approval of secondary packaging material, review and approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), handling of nonconformities, and change handling. You may also be involved in the development process of secondary packaging material. In this job you will interact with many other professionals and areas in NN, both inside and outside Denmark. You will also get the opportunity to identify and define quality tasks that can influence the quality mind-set within R&D. Quality improvement is one of our focus areas and QA is an active participant in defining and executing future improvement activities/projects. The position is based in Søborg, Denmark. Qualifications You have a relevant academic degree (e.g. MSc. Engineering, MSc. Pharm, Cand Scient.) with at least four years of relevant experience. Further a strong command of written and spoken English is needed. It is an advantage if you have been in a QA job before and have experience with nonconformity handling, change handling, SOP reviews and/or the labelling process. Knowledge about cLEAN and experience from project participation/management will also be regarded as a plus. Furthermore good presentation skills will be an advantage. You take a pragmatic approach to problem solving and have strong interpersonal skills. You are detail-oriented with a strong quality mind-set and are a team player, but also able to work independently. You thrive on working across departments in an international organisation.
