About the department The job is located in a newly established area within Global Safety. Global Safety is globally responsible for handling of adverse events, monitoring product safety, customer complaints and potential recalls in Novo Nordisk. The primary responsibility of the Quality and Compliance department is to ensure that Global Safety is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. We are 10 colleagues with different professional background ensuring support to the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance in Novo Nordisk. Since our unit is situated in both Bagsværd and India, and works with our affiliates across the globe, you will have the opportunity to work with our global colleagues. The Job You will be responsible for coordinating tasks related to Quality and Compliance. Amongst others, these include coordination of meeting activities for our External Affairs Group and Regulatory Surveillance Forum in collaboration with our deputy QPPV, incl. follow-up on actions and minute writing during meetings, administrative maintenance of the Novo Nordisk Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PMSF) and its Annexes according to global regulatory requirements, daily processing and registration of data reported by affiliates and other stakeholders in our Global Safety Data Collection Tool, administrative support to Quality and Compliance Professionals, e.g. for tasks related to monthly compliance tracking and other ad hoc tasks related to Quality and Compliance. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor degree and have excellent English language skills, written as well as oral. Experience in Quality Management and Pharmacovigilance is an advantage. You have solid experience with basic computer systems use and must also be ready to learn new systems on the job. We expect you to be able to work independently and drive your job responsibilities. You work in a structured way, have good coordination skills, a high degree of flexibility and are used to delivering according to targets. You have the ability to focus on details and adherence to standards while maintaining a balanced business perspective. This role is highly service-oriented and a willingness to support others is essential. The application should be written in English.
