For our Human Ressources Department in Denmark we are looking for a Senior Recruiter located in Brande or Vejle. You will be part of the Recruitment Department which supports hiring managers during the entire recruiting process, from defining job requirements to test and selection. We deliver recruitment services across Siemens Denmark in close cooperation with our stakeholders to support our business in attracting and selecting the right human resources. What are my areas of responsibility? The Senior Recruiter will play a senior-level consulting role and be responsible for developing sourcing and recruitment strategies for the business areas for which he/she is responsible. The Senior Recruiter will assist in defining the hiring needs of their respective client organizations, collaborating with senior executives as well as Human Resource Business Partners. The Senior Recruiter will facilitate strategy discussions and complete assignments with full-cycle recruiting responsibility. As the Senior Recruiter your role is continuously developing, we look forward to receiving your input to influence it. In detail, your role will cover: • Conduct the recruitment process from A-Z. Assess customer needs and candidate profiles, screen applications, analyze labor market trends, and research employment-related issues • Proactively identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques • Partner with Talent Management within Siemens to lead and drive projects across the organization • Work closely with the internal and external suppliers working on Siemens recruitment activities to reduce costs, ensure best standards of delivery and the highest quality of candidates • Ensure recruitment tools are used effectively to achieve efficient recruitment delivery • Carry out ad-hoc projects to develop and implement the recruitment strategy How do I qualify for the job? • You have a university degree, preferably within HR, organization and management • You have at least 5+ years of experience in recruiting and people management • It will be crucial for your success in this function that you have significant working experience in large-size international organizations • Experience with HR process and quality management • As a person, you are business-oriented, well-organized and you are able to stay calm under pressure • Besides that, you are self-driven, flexible and have an out-going personality • You possess excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written Danish and English. • You have advanced Microsoft Office skills and are comfortable working with recruitment IT systems.
