Join an international team at the heart of LEGO Education
In LEGO Education’s Brand, Insights & Communication team, we have 15 colleagues dedicated to building the LEGO Education marketing strategy, gathering key customer and market insights and working with markets to bring our education solutions to students in classrooms around the world.
Crucial to our success is our ability to build a solid understanding of consumer needs for educational tools and solutions, based on relevant insights. As a senior research manager, you will work on answering questions regarding our concepts, products and communication strategies from early front-end innovation to downstream validation.
Working from our office in Billund, London or Boston – depending on your country of residence – you will:
- Design and develop global marketing research studies by defining research scopes and choosing the best-fit methodologies to provide actionable and valid insights and ensure compliance with budgets
- Plan and execute your developed projects
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as governments and schools on the execution of projects
- Present key insights to our senior leadership team and other relevant stakeholders within LEGO Education and use them to guide decision-making within LEGO Education
- Build a strong understanding of K-12 education markets, key target audiences such as children, educators and administrators, current challenges and future trends

Insights professional with great stakeholder management skills
With your solid insights and research knowledge, you are able to balance between business needs and budgets without compromising the integrity of the research studies. You are furthermore able to navigate a wide array of internal and external stakeholders with your engaging communication and presentation skills.
You also bring:
- 5+ years’ experience with insights and research management, including designing, planning and executing international research studies as a research manager or the like
- A bachelor’s degree or higher within e.g. analytics, marketing or social sciences
- Fluency in English
