As we are the link between our research unit and our production we are responsible for developing formulation and processes for new injectable products, all the way from early development to phase III clinical trials and registration. About the department Injectable Formulation & Process Development is part of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development and we are organised in R&D. We are responsible for developing formulations and production processes for freeze dried and soluble injectables of new biopharm as well as diabetes products. The department has approximately 60 employees in total and is currently located both in Gentofte and Måløv. Ultimo 2016, we will all be located in Måløv. The position We offer you a position, where you will have responsibility for development of formulations assuring optimal biopharmaceutical characteristics and stability. The job will include writing filing and clinical trial documentation. The development projects will primarily be within haemophilia products, monoclonal antibodies and growth hormones. Your daily work will be in close collaboration with a project team and you will design, interpret and report studies on drug product hereby generating pharmaceutical documentation for internal and external use. You will interact with a wide variety of internal stakeholders, e.g. Production (Product Supply), Regulatory affairs, Quality Assurance, Analytical Development, Production Pilot Plant and Discovery. Together with your colleagues you contribute to the on-going optimisation of processes and systems with LEAN as the guiding light. Qualifications You have a PhD or a M.Sc. within Pharmacy, Engineering of related field of study backed by a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience within drug product development. You are experienced in formulation development and documentation, including regulatory and quality aspects of drug development projects. You have strong communication skills both verbally and written in English and it is an advantage if you are able to handle spoken and written Danish.
