- Research Scientist - Denmark - Måløv We are seeking an experienced and motivated immunologist to the Immunogenicity Assessment department. About the department Our department is responsible for assessment of immunogenicity and mitogenicity of new pharmaceutical drug candidates within the diabetes and obesity portfolio. We develop and validate assays for mitogenicity assessment and detection of antibody responses to drug candidates using a variety of assays types e.g. RIA, MSD, ELISA, Biacore and cell based assays. The job As senior scientist in our department you will be part of both non-clinical and clinical project groups. You will be responsible for the immunogenicity assessment strategy, establishment of new assays, analysis of samples from non-clinical and clinical studies in compliance with GLP and GCP requirements and eventually outsourcing of the assays to Contract Laboratories. You can look forward to an interesting and challenging position in a department with 6 science and data driven scientists and 9 highly skilled technicians. Qualifications You hold a relevant PhD, in immunology or similar and preferably have industry experience within drug development. A candidate with experience in antibody characterisation by e.g. Biacore will be preferred. Good communication skills are important and as we work according to international guidelines and quality systems, a high level of quality mindset is also essential. You are a result-oriented, dynamic, flexible and dedicated team player. You have a good sense of humour and a large capacity for handling different tasks at the same time.
