Would you like to manage our service plans and establish a global network of technical experts that can provide technical support to our customers worldwide? Do you want to take ownership and make an impact on a global scale with huge potential?
You become part of Global Service where you will be a part of an international and dynamic team spread across 4 different locations. We are a team of experienced service business developers, product managers and technical Service Specialists. You will be part of the serviceability team in Bjerringbro and along with seven other technical service specialists with different segment/product focus. You will report to Jacob Naldal, Head of Serviceability, Global Service.
We are currently seeking two Senior Service Specialists, where experience from either the cold water boosting area in buildings or submersible pumping in water utilities and buildings would be a clear benefit.

What is the job about?
As Senior Service Specialist, you are responsible for developing and managing our service plans across the entire portfolio pump products within your area of responsibility. This entails working closely with the Product Managers when developing new innovative pump products, ensuring that the service offerings and service plan is an integrated part of the product development process from the idea phase through product launch to phase-out at the end of the product life cycle.
Applying your knowledge from the development process, another part of your role is to train the trainer to ensure that our service engineers know how to install and service new products. As an extension of this it will also be the specialist link for internal support to our internal service staff which geographically is spread on a global basis.

What do you need to apply?
You hold a Technical or Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulic) and have a technical background with good experience from a similar position, preferably from within the industry.
Furthermore, you have a high technical understanding as well as experience working in projects within an international organisation. It is an advantage if you have direct customer experience from a service and/or sales organisation. You possess working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (we work in SAP). You speak and write English fluently.
