Do you have in-depth commercial and contractual knowledge of SAP and Microsoft? Does it motivate you to get the best out of agreements and relationships with software vendors? If so, and if you are ready to drive our strategy with respect to managing SAP and Microsoft as well as Carlsberg’s ITAM set-up, then we are looking to hear from you.

As Senior Software Contract and ITAM Manager in Carlsberg’s IT organisation (Carlsberg Global Business Services), a part of Carlsberg Group, you will drive contract management excellence and best practice towards Carlsberg’s software vendors. You will  also drive our IT asset management efforts – both software and hardware asset management – with the assistance of other colleagues in the Contract Management Team.

 

Your new job

The responsibilities include focus on commercial and contractual considerations as well as legal, technical and compliance issues. It is also expected that you will influence and drive the strategy regarding our software vendors and ITAM.

 

Further responsibilities include:

• Management of Carlsberg’s global SAP and Microsoft agreements, including setting up and running governance activities
• Run Carlsberg’s IT Asset Management – both Software and Hardware – assisted by colleagues
• Cost control and cost management
• Dispute handling and resolutions, including audits
• Life cycle management of software contracts, incl. extensions, renegotiations, handling change requests and keeping agreements current with market conditions

 

Your profile

The role requires you to have in debt understanding of technical, functional and commercial aspects of software contract management and ITAM. It is expected that you have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience from a similar role either with a large enterprise or as an advisor.
