Do you have the ability to support global processes, reviewing and analysing existing total rewards practises? And are you experienced within the field of total rewards with a focus on compensation and benefit programmes? Danfoss is growing and is, thus, looking for a colleague to join the Total Rewards team in Nordborg in order to meet the demands of our customers and develop next generation tools and solutions. Total rewards and project management As a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards, your overall mission will be to develop, manage and coordinate a variety of total rewards projects and act as a sparring partner to HR Operations and HR Business Partners in relation to total rewards matters. It is a key success criterion that you understand the main responsibilities and tasks they are dealing with and recognise how to support the business and growth agenda. Change is a constant factor, and you must be able to work with moving deadlines, priorities and across time zones. The position entails approx. 10 travel days per year. To ensure that you are fully trained to understand the Danfoss Total Rewards approach, you will initially be working across the Total Rewards team and support your colleagues in Mobility, Job Evaluations, Performance Management, M&A, Benefits & Company Car alignment and Salary Review. A key part of the job will be to become fully skilled in Positioning and Job Evaluations (IPE Mercer) and act as a back-up during peak times and holidays. HR generalist with solid business acumen and analytical mind-set Working in Total Rewards is a highly technical and specialised job, and as the ideal candidate, you have the passion and interest to develop within this area. You probably hold a relevant degree, preferably combined with experience from an HR Business Partner or HR generalist position in a truly global organisation. It is key that you have a strong holistic business acumen and are confident in stakeholder management and change management. You have a deep passion for numbers, processes and the more technical side of HR. Last but not least, you have a global mind-set and excellent written and oral communication skills in English, enabling you to communicate efficiently across all levels of the organisation. On a more personal note, you are a team player and at the same time self-driven and dedicated to creating impact in a potentially adversarial environment. You are well-organised and have an analytical and structured approach to your job.
