Do you have wide-ranging business experience and practical knowledge of strategic risk management? Then here is a great opportunity to develop and deploy an already commended strategic risk management approach in a fast growing, global company. Drive uncertainty awareness throughout the LEGO Group In this position, you join the Strategic Risk Management team. You will act as a close sparring partner to project and business-area leadership teams, who you inspire to address uncertainties through intelligent risk taking. As such, you drive and support them to identify, and address uncertainties as a fully integrated part of their development processes - and see this as a value-adding element. Specifically, you will have tasks across the company level and become responsible for designated projects and activities, facilitating the following processes: Enterprise Risk Management: where you continuously ensure that corporate risks are updated and monitored, just as you support that emerging risks are identified and addressed in time. Active Risk and Opportunity Planning: where you drive strategic projects to define, prioritise and treat risks and opportunities from business case development through project implementation as a support partner to the project manager. Prepare for Uncertainty: where you facilitate that long term priorities and strategies are resilient through a scenario based workshop with identification of risks and opportunities, including supporting the needed action plans The position may be located in either Shanghai, Singapore, London or Billund. You travel up to 30 days a year to international LEGO® locations and to participate in risk management network meetings across Europe. You succeed through your extrovert mindset and your ability to stand tall and challenge senior stakeholders across the organisation on risk taking.
