We are looking for an experienced digital media strategist, with a strong passion for social media and digital innovation. Ideally you have experience from employment at an agency or on the client side, where you have driven social strategy for a company or brand(s), and tied that together with the overall digital and marketing goals. In this position, you will be providing advice for our customers, as well as innovating our strategic services to fit with the latest trends. You will also play a key role in the internal upskilling of our Customer Engagement (CE) department. With that, we are looking for someone with the expertise and the personality to inspire both internally and externally - and most of all, the lean-in approach to translate ideas into action. Responsibilities •Produce and project manage strategic services for our customers, that enable them to achieve successful business outcomes, tying in with our platform •Provide strategic sparring/advice to customers. This may include advising on everything from best practice Instagram content to assisting with the setup up of a campaign in Facebook’s Power Editor •Be an expert resource for customers and internal colleagues on the development of customer experience and digital media marketing e.g. lead generation, social advertising, digital marketing (with social media as a core focus) •Drive continual improvement of our strategic services (product-market fit and excellence in quality) •Monitor, assess, and make recommendations around emerging social media and customer experience trends relevant to our customers •Stay up-to-date on the developments of the Falcon platform in order to tie strategic recommendations back to the product •Provide product feedback to R&D to help drive the development of the platform (customer perspective, digital trends, and use cases) •Collaborate effectively across the Account Managers and Customer Success Advisors to ensure that all actions are contributing to our overall Customer Engagement goals Requirements •At least 2 years of experience working with social or digital media from a strategic perspective •Strong ability to articulate the business value of social media •Experience with paid media on social, and tracking conversions from social in relation to overall digital targets •Strong customer advisory skills, and the credibility to build trust - even through remote channels (phone, online meetings etc.) •Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - you can effectively relate your ideas and recommendations at all levels (internally and externally) •Passion for digital technology •Excellent presentation skills (English is key, additional languages is a plus) •A good sense of the different challenges and opportunities a company will have on social and digital, depending on their vertical, market, and positioning •Strong analytical skills •An ability to translate a business strategy into tactical and strategic plans for social What we offer •An opportunity to work with companies of all sizes including large international brands in a cross-border context •High responsibility and excellent career possibilities at a central location in Copenhagen, the startup hub of Northern Europe •Fun and open working environment •Weekly social activities such as “Friday Bars” •Lunch, drinks and healthy snacks daily About Falcon.io Falcon.io provides a unified SaaS platform for social media listening, engaging, publishing and managing customer data.
