Senior Strategy Manager, Corporate Strategy, Bagsværd We are looking for an experienced and ambitious strategist to join our Corporate Strategy team. In close cooperation with our Executive Leadership Team and line of business, you will work as a sparring partner on the development of Novozymes’ corporate strategy and shaping of corporate strategy agenda. You will identify and assess corporate strategic opportunities and challenges, as well as drive strategic projects addressing top priority issues and opportunities with high business impact. Corporate Strategy is an international and passionate team of ~6 people with a strong focus on learning and development, and a track-record of passing on talented team members to other parts of the company. We work as ‘trusted advisors’ to our senior leadership team and you will work closely with senior management from different parts of the organization. In this position you need to have: 6+ years of working experience from a top tier management consulting company, and/or strategy/business development role in a large corporation. A Master degree, and/or an MBA. Solid experience with corporate strategy including guiding of fund allocation decisions and identifying and assessing emerging opportunities and risks. Extensive experience in strategy development including facilitation of strategy discussions at all levels of an organization. Excellent project management skills and tool box Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective manoeuvring amongst senior stakeholders. Excellent English skills and experience from working internationally. Experience from one or more of our end-markets would be an advantage: renewable fuels and materials, chemicals, agricultural inputs (e.g. crop and animal feed), agricultural commodities or food/food ingredients.
