You will be helping streamline planning and processes that ensure the best production possible at our site in Billund, Denmark, as a part of the Component Planning team. Come join us! Interact, analyse, optimise As our new Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will join the Component Planning team. We are responsible for shop floor and master production scheduling related to moulds and machines at the local moulding site in Billund. Among other things, we are responsible for capacity management, inventory management and tactical planning, reporting and analysis, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement within Component Planning as well as local/global process and tactical planning at the Billund moulding site. Your role in this will be to support our key global processes from a local perspective. To do so, you will: Focus on the transition of moulds as the local process owner to optimise processes and interact with counterparts and stakeholders Interface globally with other moulding plants and the global process department Drive element system changes in SAP and support planning processes and stakeholders Support local management with analyses and reports Join a connected community This is a position where the results you create can be experienced in our production not far from your desk. Strong SAP or analytical skills It is important that you possess a global mind-set and understand what is best for the LEGO Group without losing focus on the local or your own KPIs. You are independent, proactive and used to driving your own tasks. As we focus on Continuous Improvement, you need to be comfortable with changes and interested in delivering impact. You have good communication skills, and as a person, you are empathetic and energetic - two traits that show in your style of communication. Your background: Ideally, you have experience from the LEGO Group and knowledge of the LEGO DNA, supply planning processes or similar A business related education at master´s level or an engineering degree combined with 3-5 years of experience that has given you solid competencies within planning, logistics or distribution Either you are strong in the system-related side (SAP) or the analytical side, including an expert understanding of methodologies and tools You speak and write English fluently Bringing it to life "This is a great opportunity to mix daily operation and system knowledge and develop your analytical skills.
