Global optimisation You will be based in Billund but take on an international role, essential for our global organization. As Senior Supply Chain Development Manager, your mission will be to transform our supply chain network modelling from a set of tools to a key business process. Basically, you enable this new business function by applying data driven insights to optimise our whole supply chain. This involves identifying optimisation potential as well as presenting your findings and drive progress across the organisation. Specifically, you: Apply your hands-on supply chain experience to build and develop new supply chain networks or optimize current Rethink our distribution setups across retail, D2C and omnichannel. As part of this, you collaborate with regional development managers as well as other local and global stakeholders (you should expect 20-30 annual travel days) Drive the continuous optimisation of supply chain network modelling in line with our strategy, and you develop this as a capability within LEGO. You constantly seek a broader value chain understanding Ensure collaboration and knowledge sharing within our business area, and you drive and facilitate meetings and workshops Collaboration and creativity In this position, you will get to apply your extensive supply chain network modelling knowledge to strengthen our global organisation. But even though you will be a go-to specialist, you will not be on a solo mission. Hands-on supply chain experience and excellent networking skills You have a relevant degree combined with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain modelling and optimisation You have a proven track record from a similar position and are familiar with network design, optimisation projects and tools As a person, you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as you need to understand regional and global supply chain needs and convey the right solutions You speak and write English and possess a global mind-set, enabling you to adapt to a constantly changing environment of Growth Bringing it to life "In this role, you will draw upon you hands-on supply chain experience as well as your feel for process optimisation and innovation.
