Would you like to be responsible for managing the service and warranty agreements for our offshore wind projects? Join us as SWA Manager in our SWA Negotiation & Management department where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for defining the strategic objectives and specifications for our wind turbine service and warranty agreements (SWAs) and for managing our SWAs, primarily in the executive phase and during the first term of the SWA. SWA Negotiation & Management is part of Wind Power which has 1800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in Denmark and Europe in relation to your work. Your key tasks will be to •successfully implement and manage signed SWAs •act as our internal and external main point of contact for SWA-related issues after signing •provide support to Operations Preparations Projects in the executive phase •ensure that the service suppliers and we deliver on all obligations under the SWAs throughout the term of the contract •ensure collaboration and alignment with key internal and external stakeholders •ensure and drive the relation management towards the service suppliers in the market, eg Siemens and Vestas. Your qualifications and core competences include that you •have a master’s degree in law, business administration or a similar educational background as well as a strategic and commercial mind-set and several years of working experience •have experience with contract management, negotiations and project management and preferably also with service agreements or operation and maintenance of major assets as well as insight into offshore wind power operation •have a results-oriented approach and work in a structured manner, enabling you to work both independently and in teams •have an outgoing personality and strong communications, networking and influencing skills •speak and write English fluently.
