Then you may be the person we seek. About the department IT Operation Solutions comprises of approximately 13 employees and is part of Corporate IT. We are responsible for a number of corporate IT services and systems, among others the Novo Nordisk intranet, Lync, desktop, mail services, service desk, SAP PI and more. The department is characterized by a good energy and passion about the services and systems that we manage. We have daily communication with users, colleagues and stakeholders across the global organisation as well as with vendors. We are situated in Bagsværd, Denmark. The job You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance as well as development of our data integration platform SAP PI, including responsibility for managing corrections and releases. SAP PI in Novo Nordisk is growing as more and more systems need to be integrated, meaning that SAP PI is and will be centrally involved in data integration projects, working closely together with IT Architects to ensure that business processes are adequately supported by SAP PI. The job entails a broad range of system management activities such as: responsibility for the delivery of system services ensuring that they meet business requirements, responsibility for ensuring that the system is in compliance with internal and external requirements, coordination with other SAP System Managers, managing the incident and problem management process, communication with customers, system owner, key stakeholders and service providers globally, ensuring external vendors are fulfilling contract responsibilities, management reporting on a regular basis and making recommendations for improvements in methods approach and identify better practice and preparing/updating the IT System strategy. Start date: 1st July 2015. Qualifications The ideal candidate holds a master degree and has a proven track record with 5-7 years of experience within integration platforms, SAP or system management in the pharmaceutical (or other relevant) industry.
