As a Senior Talent Attraction Professional in R&D Recruitment you can be a key driver in our efforts to find the right people for the right positions at the right time. About the department R&D Recruitment is a department in R&D People and Organisation that supports a growing global R&D organisation employing 5000+ people of whom the vast majority work in Denmark and the rest in USA, India and China. R&D is responsible for the full R&D value chain across all therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk bringing innovative treatments to people with diabetes and other chronic diseases. R&D Recruitment consists of five dedicated Recruitment Partners and is responsible for the recruitment process in the Danish organisation. We are responsible for handling the extensive growth in the years to come. To be able to continue to recruit the best talents to R&D we need to find new ways to connect with talents all over the world and that is why we are expanding the team with a Senior Talent Attraction Professional. The position As a Senior Talent Attraction Professional, you will develop, plan and drive talent attraction activities across R&D as directed by the overall R&D Talent Attraction Strategy. You will be responsible for outreach to universities across Europe, and you will be planning and executing activities at events and fairs at these universities in close collaboration with our Talent Attraction Specialist. You will be expected to identify where to go and what to do in order to maximise the impact of our efforts. To join you in these activities, we have established a corps of Talent Ambassadors from the Line of Business. You will manage this network, train them and bring them in play at the activities you are driving. In addition to this, you will be driving process improvement activities across R&D recruitment processes. We meet talents in many different situations and we need to be better at turning a talk into a job application. Right now we are looking into our process for unsolicited applications and how we recruit from our PhD Fellowship Programmes, but many more projects will arrive. 20-30 travel days per year are to be expected. Qualifications You have a relevant Master’s degree within HR, Communication, Business Administration or similar. In addition, you have 3+ years of experience within Talent Attraction preferably from a large global company. You have experience with managing projects and have a proven structured approach that helps you reach your goals. You have a profound understanding of people, personality and business and you naturally handle stakeholders at all levels of our organisation. Business acumen is a prerequisite for understanding the complexity of R&D across different cultures and professions. As a person you possess a high level of energy, resilience and independence. You build sound relations and collaborations at all levels in organisational life. As Novo Nordisk is a global growing company you are proficient in both oral and written English.
