Copenhagen / Local / Human Resources / Ref.: MO-082432 As a Senior Talent & Diversity Partner you will join the Maersk Oil Talent Management team where your will be responsible for developing and facilitating the integration of technical talent management into the wider talent agenda. Parts of this will also including looking at how to integrate diversity as part of the technical talent management in in Maersk Oil. We Offer We offer a challenging and stretching position for an experience Talent Manager or HRBP to excel their talent management development and facilitation skills which includes key HR interfaces at global and Business Unit level. In addition to reporting the Global Head of Talent in Maersk Oil, you will also be part of global talent and diversity network across APMM. Key Responsibilities • Contribute to establish talent principles and strategy to meet strategic business needs • Develop and implements tools, processes and standards to source (internally), assess, develop and advance talent in Maersk Oil – primarily within the technical disciplines • Provide support to the global HR organisation with the annual talent identification and development process • Develop a technical talent community • Facilitate and drive the global diversity and inclusion agenda for Maersk Oil Who we are looking for • Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline • Experienced in talent management either as an HRBP or a Talent Partner within a global organisation preferable from within the upstream Oil and Gas Industry. • Track record of delivering change across a global company with cultural diversity • Excellent in building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders • A team player with passion for talent Last application date: 31 August 2015.
