About the department The job is in the Training & Quality Control department in the QPPV Office, an area of Global Safety. Global Safety is globally responsible for handling adverse events, monitoring product safety, customer complaints and potential recalls in Novo Nordisk. We are 14 colleagues with different professional backgrounds, ensuring support to the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) in Novo Nordisk. Since our unit is situated in both Bagsværd and India and also works with our affiliates across the globe, you will have the opportunity to work closely with many global colleagues. The primary responsibilities of the Training & Quality Control department are to ensure Global Safety is providing pharmacovigilance training and specific training tools (e.g. eLearnings, videos and cartoons) across headquarter and affiliate organisations, planning and execution of our annual global conference, developing and maintaining the Global Safety intranet sites and performing quality control on safety case handling to ensure that we meet external and internal requirements. The job You will be responsible for coordinating and developing training material in relevant media - PowerPoint, eLearning, videos and cartoons - and also performing training activities related to general pharmacovigilance and product quality. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing training tools and techniques to ensure documented training impact and efficacy. This also includes visits to NN affiliates and participation and presentation at NN regional meetings. You should expect up to 20 days of travel per year. You will be expected to ensure coherence in our training material with external regulatory requirements, and internal procedures and guidelines, as well as participating in cross-functional projects as training- and change management expert. Other responsibilities include maintenance of all metrics related to these processes, trending and analysis of reports produced in the department, including writing executive summaries and conclusions based on your analysis. You will also become a key resource in planning and executing the annual global conference in close collaboration with colleagues from other Global Safety areas. Finally, you are expected to develop and maintain a professional and good collaboration and relation with our stakeholders, which range from staff throughout Global Safety to the clinical, regulatory areas and global affiliates. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree within e.g. medical, biology, pharmacy or biomedical science and have documented experience within pharmacovigilance or product quality. Experience with development and implementation of training methods and tools (e.g. eLearnings) and project management is considered an advantage. You have excellent written and oral communication abilities in English. You are open-minded, enthusiastic and have the ability to work independently and globally, and drive your own job responsibilities. You have excellent cooperation skills, a high degree of flexibility and deliver according to targets. The role requires analytical skills and a strong quality orientation, including the ability to focus on details and adherence to standards.
