About the department The job is in the Training & QC Department in the QPPV Office, an area within Global Safety. Global Safety is globally responsible for handling adverse events, monitoring product safety, customer complaints and potential recalls in Novo Nordisk. The primary responsibilities of the Training & Quality Control department are to ensure that Global Safety is providing pharmacovigilance training across headquarter and affiliate organisations and performing quality control on case handling to ensure that we meet external and internal requirements. We are 9 colleagues with different professional backgrounds, ensuring support to the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) in Novo Nordisk. Since our unit is situated in both Bagsværd and India and works with our affiliates across the globe, you will have the opportunity to work closely with many global colleagues. The job Your key responsibilities will be to support overall training tasks to ensure efficient training of employees in Global Safety and global affiliates. You will be able to design, develop, implement and maintain IT training systems and related processes. In addition, you will become super user for the training management systems in use. Other tasks include design and development of targeted training material (e.g. eLearnings, videos etc.), support maintenance and creation of Global Safety internal websites, and general support in your area of responsibility to key stakeholders in Global Safety, other Novo Nordisk areas and affiliates. Qualifications You have an administrative education and /or a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or similar. You should have at least three years’ of relevant working experience. It is essential that you have a flair for IT and master MS Office to an advanced level, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint. You are a good communicator and have excellent English language skills – both written and oral. Experience within training management systems, designing and developing eLearning and training videos and solid experience with SharePoint will be an advantage. As a person you are proactive, accountable, service-minded and a team player. You are able to work independently and to prioritise and manage your own time. You take initiative and like new challenges. Furthermore, you are expected to be quality minded with an eye for detail. You have a positive, engaged and approachable attitude, and are willing to actively support and contribute to department initiatives.
