Build our financial infrastructure As Senior Treasury Manager, you are part of a team, which is globally responsible for managing financial risk in the LEGO Group. We strive to support the growth strategy of the LEGO Group through value protection, efficient cash management and focus on optimal use of capital, when investing and establishing new entities. We are a small team, where collaboration is vital, and you are likely to be involved in various tasks across the team, however your key responsibilities will be: Capitalisation of new and existing subsidiaries, including deciding on the optimal capital structure. Funding structure, where you play a key role in ensuring that larger investments (e.g. manufacturing plants) are structured in an optimal way. Developing transfer-pricing setup, including arm's length pricing model and documentation. Evaluate ad hoc financing proposals (e.g. Supply Chain Finance structures), calculating Group WACC. Foreign exchange management, where you contribute to the team discussions on hedging of FX risk and act as backup, when executing the hedging strategies. Group liquidity management, daily management of the group liquidity position ensuring the LEGO Group can meet all obligations, while keeping as low an idle cash buffer as possible. This task is shared/rotated on a weekly basis within the team. Collaborative Treasury - Corporate Finance expert To succeed, you are motivated by being part of a team, who delivers high quality, often within short deadlines, and as a person you are positive and open-minded, ready to connect and build your network among internal and external stakeholders. In our team, we value personal skills like curiosity, trust and open communication. In addition, you are likely to: Have at least 2-3 years of experience from a bank or treasury department, where you have had exposure to and experience within financial market trading and group liquidity management Have strong corporate finance understanding, including capitalisation and weighted cost of capital/economic value add Ideally, hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent Keep calm when dealing in financial markets and are able to manage a portfolio of tasks/projects Be fluent in English, have extensive Excel skills and perhaps experience with working in Bloomberg and with SAP Bringing it to life "We set the bar high, and deliver as a team," says Group Treasurer Jesper Broskov.
