Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...provide administrative support to the Special Project department, including Project Managers and Deputy Implementation Managers as wells as personnel and contractors from the Operations Site Resources & Electrical Operations (OSREO) department.

Your tasks will include:

• Work orders
• Time registration
• Documentation
• Maintain good relations with OSREO
• Forecast and book technical training and safety-related courses
• Arrange and book external courses
• Register, upload and manage certificates and qualifications in AX
• Create and manage POs for training activities
• Relevant ad hoc tasks
• Create project overview and reports

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has excellent administration and interpersonal skills. You have a couple of years of experience from a similar position, preferably form the wind industry. As a person, you are extrovert and reliable and work in a structured and systematic way.

• Are flexible and can work in a constantly shifting environment
• Understand and respect cultural differences
• Have excellent communication and English skills
• Are a confident user of MS Office and have experience with Dynamics AX
