Grundfos Service & Solutions employ approximately 50 colleagues at a global level, defining the standards and tools for how to develop, sell and deliver services in our sales and service organization globally. In Service & Solutions you will join the function responsible for the customer backend support and service processes excellence.
In addition to you, the function consists of two other managers, and together with your global team of 6 employees you will be responsible for support 24/7 on service offering requests on either spare parts, special service offerings or technical issues. Today, we operate with a solid handling process on spare parts support, but our service business is growing, and new service offerings are being developed and offered to our customers.

Doing so, you will work closely with our Service Product Management, Product Management, Group Purchasing and our Sales and Service Units globally." Says Senior Director, Rikke Landlyst Groth.
Your role is to actively take part in defining, scoping and planning how to take our service backend support to the next level and how to implement this within the team globally. To do so, you must create transparency on the existing backend support and create the right foundation for the future road map on optimizing, developing competences and tools for our service backend support.
Today we are working with different layers of support and our role is to ensure that our Service Units are self-serviced. To successfully achieve this, you will support your team in:
- Maintaining and developing Grundfos's service kit catalogue and ensuring visible spare parts in our Grundfos Product Center.
- Creating and maintaining master data on spare parts and service offerings.
- Ensuring logistic and production setup for spare parts according to customer requirements, delivery time and quality.
- Defining and rolling out the performance management, practices, tools and processes in the global service organizations.
- Supporting service leadership with deep-dive analyses of backend support.
Experience with people and stakeholder management combined with technical understanding is a must!
As a strong leader, you set the bar high and are highly motivated by working in a business area which needs to be developed, with you setting the agenda. You know how to develop and bring a global team to the next level and how to identify improvement areas by involving stakeholders. You communicate clearly and in a structured manner, and your organizational leadership skills enable you to motivate and influence colleagues across functions. Moreover, you bring:
- A master's degree in technical/mechanical engineering or similar.
- Experience as a global manager - preferably in a technical department.
- Proven track record in identifying and executing future road maps with experience in roll out activities and deliverables cross-functionally.
- Ability to independently maintain an overview of project tasks/deliverables, allowing you to take suitable measures when driving those.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner, both written and verbally.
- High standards for work performance, execution and follow up on delegated tasks and decisions to the satisfaction of involved parties.
Your workplace is in the Service & Solutions office in Bjerringbro. Expectation is approx. 20-30 travel days yearly.
