Service is one of Alfa Laval's three strategic pillars with the objective to further grow the service offering. To support this and to continue our focus on customer satisfaction and growth within Alfa Laval, we are increasing our focus on Performance Agreements – both to the installed base as well as an integral part of new equipment sales.

We are looking for a new team player to join Alfa Laval’s global service business to support the development of our Performance Agreement (PA) business.
You will have the unique opportunity to support all Business Units in Alfa Laval and will be hosted in BU Decanters in the F&W division, either in Denmark or in Sweden.

Your Tasks

• Support the Business Units in ensuring that the right material, processes and tools are avaibale for the expansion and follow-up of the PA business
• Based on input from BUs, SCs, customers and industrial peers, continuously develop our way of working with PAs
• Regularly follow-up and analyze of the development of the PA business as input to BUs
• Support BUs and SCs in PA training and implementation

 
You will have frequent contact with the central BUs, Global Service Operations as well as Sales Companies and customers. All to ensure that we have efficient tools for a smooth process for promotion, quoatation, sales, execution and follow-up of our PA business.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with deep knowledge about industrial service business, and with minimum  5 years of detailed experience from industrial service contracts.
It is an advantage if you have gained this experience from an international environment.

You are able to work independently upon given targets. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and with change management. You find it easy to network in a global organization and have a good level of business understanding. You have an analytical mind, are an excellent communicator and are fluent in English.
You likely have a BSc or a BBA as an educational  background.

Practicalities
You will be based in Soborg, Denmark, or in Lund, Sweden, reporting to the Head of Service in BU Decanters. 
The job will require a certain amount of travelling both to central Business Units and to Sales companies.
