Your future responsibilities
You’ll join the IT Service Delivery Team, where we work as the single point of contact for all deliveries out of infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
- single point of contact for our internal costumers
- change manager
- monitor changes/workorders
- identify tasks which are automation candidates

Your profile and background:
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of ITSM tools e.g. Remedy, as well as great IT knowledge or relevant IT experience and its tools and methods
- ITIL 3 certificated will be considered an advantage
