The Service Energy Division in Siemens Wind Power are looking for two Service Engineers for our Service Concept. As Service Engineer you have technical experience and will be working on our G2 platform (mainly our 2.3MW turbines) or our D6 platform (mainly our 6 MW turbines) to support the Energy Service Renewable business to maintain a market leader position within the wind industry. What are my responsibilities? · Be maintenance specialist on the G2 or D6 platform for Siemens Energy Service. · Drive maintenance and continuous improvement on the G2 or D6 platform. · Participate in design reviews and concept studies. · To work with our New Unit and Regional businesses to deliver solutions. · Participate in field tests and ensure solutions are rolled out across the fleet. · Integrate the development of technical documents. What do I need to qualify for this role? · Ideally educated Marine Engineer, Master or Bachelor in engineering, field engineer or serviceman · Wind Industry experience would be ideal but not essential · A drive to increase specialist knowledge and improve processes · You must be enthusiastic and keen on making your mark in a growing industry · A strong ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. · You possess excellent English skills.
