Global Service, Process & Improvement Projects, Process & Systems Service Information Specialist Process & Improvement Projects, part of Global Service, is a team which drives the Service business towards a common global framework, thus accommodating our customers demand for uniform and effective processes around the world. The new Service Information Specialist will help us manage, prioritize, develop and implement key business ideas for process and systems improvement we continuously identify together with our global stakeholders and process owners. Responsibilities: Act as business project manager or adviser on key process & systems improvement projects Ensure Service Master Data compliance and SAP authorizations responsible Primary team-peer of Technology and Service Solutions in relation to warranty management, equipment master data, and task lists management Improvement of contract lifecycle flow together with the process owners Define system requirements and assist Global IT with system development all the way through to implementation Inputs and evaluation of IT roadmap and systems changes handled in the CAB Ensure close collaboration with the Service Business Process Experts community as well as the Subject Matter experts in the sales business units Capture and transfer process and IT knowledge between various stakeholders within the Vestas value chain Training and support of the organisation regarding processes, methods, tools and systems Ensure alignment of Service Systems with Marketing, Product Management, Technology, IT, Sales and Finance Qualifications: Engineer, Cand. merc, HD or similar Detailed understanding of critical path of information flow and data analysis, Excellent communication and networking skills are required as direct dialogue with all levels of the organization is part of the job Solid experience in SAP PM/CS and SAP CRM Work experience with process & systems development and implementation in an international organization (preferably within Service or Supply Chain), Able to advise project teams from different parts of the organization to ensure end to end systems alignment Super user of Microsoft Office programs Experience with business process tools as e.g. Aris, would be an advantage Experience in master data improvements would be an advantage English language skills on a high business level are required What we offer: We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at the world’s leading producer of wind turbines.
