About the position
For our IT PLM department in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced ITIL Service Manager in the area of operational ITIL process governance. We are looking for a candidate that can lead and coordinate the daily operations tasks from the PLM services between resources and teams both internal and external. We are working in a truly global environment and you will be collaborating with a broad diversity of cultures globally. The team is very dynamic, and we have a high pace in our normal work days. Within the team we have a high focus on the customer processes and a solution focused approach - Team work is essential to us. The employees are expected to have a high personal motivation and drive and capability to approach complex tasks with an open mind and focus on providing the best solution for Siemens Gamesa in a structured manner.
What are my responsibilities?
- Accountable for daily operations of business-critical Product Lifecycle Management and Manufacturing systems globally.
Manage the lifecycle of all service catalog items and the provisioning of an integrated catalog of IT infrastructure services.
Daily commercial governance and partner performance for Service portfolio.
Facilitate and lead the portfolio incident management is performing to the highest standards.
- Liaison between internal IT Departments and any operational departments to ensure best in class Application Management.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- An academic degree in Computer Science or similar
Skills obtained by a career in operations of large IT systems globally
Understanding of complex systems, internal processes and a multitude of cultures working together around the globe
Able to establish formal as well as informal networks
Able to manage many topics in short time
Experience with high paced teams and situations are preferred
Able to communicate on all levels of the organization and with many stakeholders within IT and Business
An excellent and persuasive communicator and fluent in both spoken and written English
Expert knowledge in management (IT Service Management, methodologies like ITIL, COBIT...)
Several years of work experience in various IT related roles including management
Working in international environment and teams
- Skills: Presentation, management and English language.
