This sector is characterised by high quality requirements and a strong desire to recycle wastewater, to achieve cost savings and the environmental aim of minimising water consumption and optimising energy and resource consumption. The sector is expected to become subject to more stringent regulatory quality and recycling requirements, making Grundfos BioBooster A/S an obvious choice due to its leading technology role and corporate ties to Grundfos A/S, with many years of leadership in the water sector. What is the job about? The position of Service Manager essentially involves leading and optimising the smoothly running service organisation Grundfos BioBooster A/S already has. You will also have HR responsibility for employees in the production department. Grundfos BioBooster A/S is undergoing international development. To this end the service organisation plays a key support role in the short term, but is intended to become a valuable profit centre in the longer term. The service department must provide 24/7 customer service via a proactive service centre, where all customers are monitored and kept operational in line with SLAs or specific customer agreements. There must be state-of-the-art customer monitoring, proactive service/maintenance and KPI-based reporting for customers and the management team. The position is part of the management team and reports to MD Finn Nielsen. Responsibilities • Manage and develop employees in the service and production departments. • Manage the service department's performance in relation to customers, including KPI reporting to the management team. • Strategy and implementation plans for the ongoing development of the business area. Duties • Day-to-day management of service and production employees and their skill development. • Manage existing service/maintenance obligations and introduce a proactive service culture. • Develop a scalable business model for a proactive operations/service centre based on SLAs and KPIs. • Develop and implement contract models in relation to Grundfos BioBooster A/S' existing business segments – industry and the municipal and hospital sector. Success criteria • Ensure very high customer satisfaction through proactive, dynamic and competent service management. • Manage, maintain and develop the Service business area and its employees. • Develop service models in cooperation with sales/marketing, including further growth in revenue and profits. • Analyse, design, specify and implement a 24/7 international service centre.
