Servicelovers is a tech startup based in Copenhagen. We are creating the world’s largest personal customer service rating community through our disruptive concept. Our mission is simple - raise the level of customer service by promoting excellent service. We are still a startup, but performing well in the market already. Our user base is growing, and we are continuously improving our apps for iOS and Android. To speed up we need a cross-functional team to deliver the best, most engaging user experience with elements from social media, gamification, and data driven analytics. We are therefore seeking the best digital app designer in Denmark with a superior UX profile. If you’re a rising star with great talent, don’t hesitate to apply. About the job: Working closely together with our great in-house service designer, you will be responsible for developing the app from concept ideas through to UX and design. You will also prototype and design upcoming features ready to hand over to our developers. Your tasks: • Define personas and create user journey maps • Create gamification concepts • Create dialog flows and engagement plans • Be responsible for customer lifecycle management • Create wireframes/sketches/designs & flowcharts ready for developers • Create modern, beautiful and converting app designs • Be responsible for our visual presence on all devices and platforms • Be responsible for user experience on all devices and platforms • Create mind-blowing experiences • Improve key metrics for engagement, usage, retention and sharing • Prioritise the roadmap with our management team Your profile: • Conceptual thinking • Experienced with creating concepts with apps • You have an understanding of what users want, and can articulate it • Fanatically in love with converting top notch UX experiences into killer designs • You love designing • Experienced in App designing, and know the subtle differences between iOS and Android • You want to be part of an agile delivery model • You’re ok with delivering fast, sometimes meaning that a Minimum Viable Product is more important than perfection, so that we can learn (or fail) fast • You like modern and online tools like Sketch, InVision, Trello and Google Drive • If you get stuck, you are not too proud to ask your colleagues for advice • You believe in our mission and concept! • You deliver! • Will work in Copenhagen We offer: • Being a key part of a growing born-global startup - and an exciting growth journey • Having a lead role with lots of responsibilities in determining and executing new features • An experienced board, with yet a young and vibrant work environment • Great location in Vesterbro, Copenhagen (with an office on the sixth floor with a roof top terrace) • Salary according to profile, and with the potential of an attractive warrant program Let's go: Send an application to our CTO Christian Jacobsen (cj (at) servicelovers.com) with your resume and (a link to) your project portfolio.
