Join us and become SharePoint Business Consultant in Business Systems, which is part of Exploration & Production’s Application and Data Management. The department is a part of Exploration & Production which has 700 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We explore for and produce oil and natural gas. Today, our activities are centred in the seas off Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom, and we have an ambitious growth strategy with many exciting projects in the pipeline. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect to travel in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As SharePoint Business Consultant, your main responsibilities are to consult with key stakeholders in the business in order to align the business requirements with our SharePoint solution. You own and manage the change process including the change budget, ensuring continual improvement. You have a large contact base throughout the organisation and recognise and communicate new opportunities to the business and your colleagues based on your SharePoint knowledge. As SharePoint Business Consultant, you demonstrate strong SharePoint competencies and experience with providing subject matter expertise for design and development of SharePoint sites. You are expected to act in a consulting capacity in order to leverage the benefits of this solution. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •describe and configure SharePoint solutions and services that fit customer requirements •evaluate solution design and resolve system errors in conjunction with our SharePoint delivery team, consisting of developers, architects and product owners •manage subcontractors to ensure deliverables are on time, budget and quality •offer guidance related to troubleshooting, maintenance, operations and support of SharePoint environments •provide 2nd level support to end-users. Your profile You have a degree in Information Technology or a closely related discipline and documented experience from a similar function. In addition, you have proven skills as SharePoint Business Consultant with a solid hands-on background of day-to-day operations. We use SharePoint 2010 & 2013 and Office 365 as our corporate tools; therefore, it is vital that you have knowledge of and experience in the use of these systems (preferably Microsoft Certified). As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently, and that you have good communication skills, enabling you to communicate confidently and efficiently with your internal and external stakeholders. You have a proactive approach to your work and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Moreover, you are service-minded and self-motivating, enabling you to balance your time and resources perfectly.
