Project Portfolio Management Team in Business Support, Hillerød, is looking for a shutdown manager to be responsible for our shutdowns at the factory. In Hillerød we are producing in a GMP regulated environment. In order to ensure maintenance and service, rebuilds and builds we are closing the production twice a year. We need an experienced project manager to drive these shutdowns. About the department The job is located in Hillerød in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP), Business Support. You will be part of a small, ambitious team of 6 project managers with more colleagues to join, who are running projects across the factory in Hillerød. Our responsibility also includes the shutdowns twice a year, where the factory or some parts of the factory is closed in order to ensure maintenance of equipment and the building. You will join a dynamic team and ambitious employees with various backgrounds within project management striving for excellence. The Job As shutdown manager your overall responsibility will be running the shutdowns. This includes planning and execution of the shutdown periods, where many tasks and projects are being executed at the same time. As we are producing in a GMP regulated environment it is also your responsibility that the shutdowns will be run according to current regulations (cGMP). You will not have any direct references but will be cooperating with and leading a lot of employees with different background during the planning and execution of the shutdown. If you manage, it will also be possible to be responsible for running other projects between the shutdowns. Qualifications You have an MSc in Engineering or similar, supplemented with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager in the pharma industry, a consulting company or similar fields. Preferable, you know what it means to operate in a GMP-regulated environment. As a person, you are very structured and able to make detailed plans. You are able to keep the overview in a large and complex organisation with many stakeholders and ongoing changes. You are pro-active and thrive on working independently while bringing a positive and outgoing attitude. You have a global mind-set and enjoy building relations across organisational levels. Good communication skills are a must including the ability to create good cooperation with directors as well as employees in the production.
