For our Onshore Site Execution business unit, we are looking for a Site Planner who will be responsible for all preparations of staffing scheduling for different sites, updates and alignment with local national politics, environment-safety rules and regulations, when pre-booked from our Project department. The place of work will be at our new Competency Center in Ikast, Denmark. From 1st of February 2017 the workplace will be moved to Brande, Denmark. What are my responsibilities? Align with different Installation Project Managers regarding the demands of the staff Establish and update the staffing schedule for your projects in cooperation with the resource coordinators Consolidate and make sure that the right staff is on site, both white collars and technicians Establish and update all business agreements for your projects Key person between back office and your projects Update and align presentations from the Site Planning organization Identify possible options for improvements Update in Primavera and other tools What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical background as an electrician, mechanic or a similar education combined with experience with staffing schedule, preferred as a project planner from another international environment As a person you are a committed team player, detail-oriented, process oriented and pro-active and structured Furthermore you are able to communicate with people at all levels You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing You should expect up to 20 travelling days per year In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
