Would you like to take an active part in the marketing of JACK & JONES nationally and internationally? Do you have “hands on” experience with digital communication and community management?
The department and role
We're looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our ambitious traffic team. You will assist in the development and implementation of JACK & JONES’ digital marketing strategy with a focus on community management and engagement, allowing us to service, inspire and retain our customers. Your primary focus will be to implement our day-to-day social media activity, including monitoring the social platforms, answering customer queries and engaging with our followers and customers.
More specifically, your responsibilities include:
- Foster a positive community on all social media channels by answering customer queries
- Actively engage with our community
- Create and coordinate content on social media channels to drive traffic to our stores
- Work closely with national teams to continuously optimize activity across all markets
- Grow the company presence and number of followers on our social media channels
- Support the content creation process at different points of the flow
- Constantly be ahead of social media trends, new technologies, competitor presences as well as maintaining a working knowledge of industry best practices
- Other ad hoc social media activities.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably within marketing communication
- Knowledge within marketing in general and social media in particular
- Experience in community management
- Experience in creating engaging content, and growing a social media following
- Experience with paid social is a great advantage
- Excellent copywriting skills with a real attention for detail is required
- Perfect written and spoken English - additional languages are an advantage
- Good communication skills and planning skills are required.
