Social- og sundhedsassistent søges til demensafsnit på Kildevang i Langå. Vi søger en social- og sundhedsassistent til et vikariat i perioden 1.2.2014 – 31.8.2014 på 32 timer om ugen, i blandet dag og aftenvagt, til vores demensafsnit. Der kan være mulighed for at vikariatet forlænges. På Kildevang er der 52 boliger, og 6 aflastningspladser. Boligerne er delt op i 7 enheder, hvor der arbejdes på tværs. Demensafsnittet har 8 boliger. Personalegruppen på Kildevang består af 58 social- og sundhedshjælpere, social- og sundhedsassistenter og 2 centersygeplejersker. Der er et tæt samarbejde med ergo- og fysioterapeuter, aktivitetspersonale samt med en gruppe frivillige. Du bliver en del af en personalegruppe på 8 kolleger. Det er en gruppe omsorgsfulde og engagerede kolleger, som har øje for de individuelle behov hos beboerne. Du vil primært blive tilknyttet vores demensafsnit, men da vi er et hus, har vi en forventning om, at du kan hjælpe i de andre boenheder med løsning af assistentopgaver ved behov.
