Sektion Sanddalsparken søger • 1 sosu-hjælper til primært aftenvagt, 30 timer ugentligt, fra 1. august 2014 • 1 sosu-assistent til primært dagvagt, 30 timer ugentligt, fra 1. september 2014 • 1 sosu-assistent til primært nattevagt, 30 timer ugentlig, fra 1. august 2014 Alle stillinger er med vagt hver 2. weekend. Sanddalsparken er en sektion med ældre- og demensboliger. Aften- og nattevagter arbejder fleksibelt i alle boligtyper. Vi vægter værdighed for borgere og personale højt og bruger humor til at krydre hverdagen. Vi har fokus på at kunne rumme alle mennesker og har en del socialt udsatte borgere i vores område. Det giver mange udfordringer og kræver humor og rummelighed, samt evne til at improvisere i problemløsning. Til gengæld har vi en spændende arbejdsplads med plads til fleksible løsninger. Løn og arbejdstid: Løn og ansættelse er efter gældende overenskomst og aftale om Ny Løn.
