Software Engineer for Product Configuration System (SKOV CPQ)SKOV’s ambition is to be the largest and most acknowledged supplier of climate and farm management solutions for livestock production, thereby ensuring optimum conditions for animals, people and the environment. To support this ambition SKOV is now introducing a new CPQ System and is expanding the existing project team with a software engineer in Glyngoere, Denmark.   

At SKOV we work with complex system configurations for our customers. To support the sales process the SKOV CPQ system ensures user friendly, fast and accurate system configuration. The SKOV CPQ System is based on camos CPQ platform, and the development will be done within the camos CPQ development environment. 

You will join an already established project team of 3-4 people, where you will provide the object oriented software skills in order to let the project team succeed in the continued development of our CPQ System. 

Your working day will be exciting and varied, and you will be in contact with many colleagues both inside and outside the project team. Since the project is still in its early phase you will have great influence on the project itself, and on the final product. After first product launch, you will continue to further develop and maintain the system.  

In order to be a success, we expect that:

  • You are a skilled software developer with a very good understanding of object oriented programming.
  • You are motivated to work with camos CPQ native development environment, based on their own object oriented programming language.
  • Your professional background is in software development and you have an education in computer science, computer engineering or similar.
  • It is advantage but not mandatory if you have experience in ERP systems, since our CPQ system interfaces to SKOV’s SAP system.
  • You are a quality- and result-oriented person for whom software development is a passion.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience with the development of other IT systems.
