The products will typically be app based control and monitoring systems, supported by cloud/server based functionality. Join our Development & Engineering department (in total more than 600 people) – more specifically the Digital Systems & Solutions team. We are a small team, specialised in software product architecture and development, and have several colleagues in the organisation with excellent software skills as well as project managers, with whom we are sparring. Our responsibility covers product development of digital products and systems. You refer to Senior Manager, Steen K. What is the job about? As our new Software Systems Engineer, you are responsible for the software architecture as well as the technical solution in several projects. This includes having the technical dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. Thus, you are responsible for the product reference architectures and system/sub-system level requirements and are the one, who translates the needs from Product Management into technical specifications. In this position, you work with modern agile and iterative methods and support accommodation of stakeholder needs. Throughout the lifetime of a product, you are accountable for establishing and maintaining the system/sub-system reference and product architectures and interfaces (APIs) as well as requirement hierarchies. You also plan and execute system requirement verification (building it right) and validation (building the right thing).
