Description Medical device business – SW projects – Global interaction Radiometer is looking for a passionate SW UX specialist to consolidate the growth in the SW area. Radiometer IT and Device SW (ITS) aspire to provide world class medical device software products. The department aims to drive up two key parameters: Quality and efficiency. The SW UX Specialist has a key role in reaching these targets, by describing, practicing and continuously improving our UX processes. The main goal for the SW UX Specialist is to bring experience to the group, leading to further UX-based value creation. The scope will be direct SW UX contribution as well as various project management related roles rooted in SW. Radiometer is enhancing the area by creating a SW UX and usability team. The SW UX Specialist will play a key role in this. ITS is the largest SW department within Radiometer, developing embedded SW for the ABL range of devices, as well as stand-alone and cloud solutions for our customers. Agile principles are fully applied. The job Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Participation in SW projects as an individual contributor (UX): ?In-depth knowledge of AQURE and its use in hospitals and laboratories. ?Analysis of the user’s workflows and working processes to understand the user needs. ?Collection and management of well-defined requirements VOC inputs. ?Definition and writing of concepts and requirement specifications (use cases) including screen wireframes and mock-ups. ?Interaction Design and description of personas. •SW project managerial roles: project management, requirement management, risk management etc. •Proactively developing and improving UX best practices and processes (“walk the talk”). •Along with team members, ensuring that the team is perceived as a world-class competence center for SW UX and medical usability knowledge and execution. •Ensuring build-up of UX competence in Radiometer’s SW India Development Center, Bangalore (IDC). Travel activity of approx. 10 days per year must be expected.
